I've lived in this region my entire life, and real estate has always been part of my family.  My great-grandparents came to Canada from Europe and became homebuilders, and their work still stands today throughout Lorne Park, Clarkson, and New Toronto. In the 1980s, my family bought into the first real estate developments in Blue Mountain, Summit Green and Olympic Lane. For 40 years I've watched this boom town grow, through the highs and the growing pains, alongside major investment from Intrawest and Alterra Resorts. That history shapes how I approach every client relationship today.

I hold an Honors Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University in Toronto. Before that, I played baseball on scholarship at Richland College and Odessa College in Texas, an experience that taught me discipline, competitiveness, and how to perform when it counts. I also hold the Certificate in Exempt Market Products from the Investment Funds Institute of Canada. I'm a member in good standing with RECO and represent Property.ca throughout Simcoe and Grey Counties.

For the past 10 years, I've built my career in real estate, handling leases and sales across Toronto before bringing that experience home to Grey and Simcoe County. That mix of big city transaction volume and small town knowledge means I understand both sides of the market, and I know how to move quickly and negotiate hard when it counts. Today I specialize in Collingwood, The Blue Mountains, Wasaga Beach, Owen Sound and every town in between. Whether you're a first-time buyer, growing a family, chasing a cottage on the water or building an investment portfolio, I bring the local knowledge, honest advice, and negotiation skills to get you the result you're after.

Outside of work, I'm a dad to a 10 year old son, and you'll usually find us on a ball field or a hiking trail with our bernadoodle in tow. I love this region for the same reasons my clients do, the pace of life, the outdoors, and the community, and I bring that same appreciation to every family I help settle here.
